At Chroda FM, we strive to be a responsible and ethical organisation, putting sustainability at the forefront of our operations.

As we grow as a business, we are looking at better ways of not only delivering our services, but where can make a real impact on our carbon footprint.

We operate an Environmental Sustainability Policy which aims to reduce our environmental impact and drive sustainable facilities management services.

Chroda FM is currently developing a strategy for providing and running electric transport. At present, 40% of our fleet is low emission and we have a strategy in place to have all electric vehicles by the end of 2025.

We aim to reduce wasted electricity, gas and water resources, and use less chemicals across our operation and in the delivery of our services. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we are using greener products and supplies, that use less packaging and save waste, and we continuously look at areas where we can realise service efficiencies and help to reduce our clients’ own carbon footprint.

We are also always looking at the best use of machinery, and where we can bring in new, more productive and efficient kit across our contracts for cleaning and hygiene services, to achieve the most environmentally friendly outcomes.
