Chroda FM has been working within this sector for more than ten years, primarily through the delivery of manned security to leading retail stores and outlets, and shopping centre cleaning services.

We are proud of the commitment of our staff working in this sector, particularly over the last two years, when they have been faced with additional challenges and new regulations required to keep themselves and the public safe during the pandemic.

We understand that we need to effectively secure the safety of people and property, but also the need to create a welcoming atmosphere for large numbers of members of the public and visitors every day. Customer care is integral as well as the ability to manage various situations and effectively deal with members of the public, including young children and vulnerable adults with different needs. In these environments, our frontline staff are often the first point of contact for the public and are trained to deliver the highest standards of customer care whilst maintaining the safety and security of the properties they protect.
