About Us

Chroda FM is a provider of professional security, cleaning and hygiene services. We work in partnership with organisations from across different sectors within the UK, seeking to implement an efficient and effective model for maintaining the health, safety and security of their people, property and assets.

Borne out of a desire to improve the recruitment and management of security and cleaning personnel, Chroda FM was established in 2009 by two school friends, Chris Tushingham and Adam Lodge. They wanted to bring a more modern and sustainable approach to soft facilities management, whilst ensuring the health, safety and welfare of their people, who are completely integral to the ongoing growth and success of our business.

As co-founders of the business, both Chris and Adam remain at the helm, and their relationship of trust and loyalty effectively represents the Chroda FM culture today.

Our Purpose

Chroda FM aims to provide the most appropriate security and cleaning services to effectively meet our clients’ unique requirements. We strive to deliver a dedicated and personal service, with the same due care and attention given to every contract, with our people and sustainability at the core. We do this through:
